Did you know it's Veganuary? Not just January, but the start of a new year and the perfect time to add more vegan foods and meals to your diet. Whether your goal is to eat one more meatless meal every week or to go 100% plant-based, I am a seasoned vegan (is that a pun?!) who would be happy to help you on your food justice journey as it relates to animal-free foods.
I would be happy to accompany you to a grocery store to shop the deals and/or get vegan pantry essentials. We could talk about: some of you favorite dishes and how to veganize them; nutrition; animal rights/ethics/religious perspectives on veganism; my go-to recipes -- whatever's on your mind!
I would also be happy and willing to share some food or fully cooked meals if you are trying to be more vegan.
