If you are wanting to add some movement and exercise into your lifestyle, I can help you do that. I am a retired college athlete and have been a gym fanatic for several years. My knowledge range would best benefit people at a beginner to moderate current fitness level. We can do a one-time consultation where I walk you through a personalized plan for your specific needs, or I can come with you to the gym/wherever you work out to help guide you through the exercises, or we can do a combination of these things.
No gym membership is necessary, I can design workouts that can be done at home with little to no equipment, and I can bring my own equipment for you to borrow. Or, if you have a gym membership that allows guests I would love to come help you there as well.
